  1. Contact our customer service team at info@obsidian111.com within 7 days of receipt to report the issue.
  2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible.
  3. Ship the package using the prepaid, trackable shipping method provided by our team.

  • Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by Obsidian111. Customers are responsible for shipping costs if the item is not defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund or replacement to be processed after we receive the item.
  • This policy applies to all purchases made on or after August 1, 2025 and is displayed on our website, at the point of sale, and on order confirmations.
